tips for greens.

to keep greens fresh and crisp:  
apple cider vinegar can help keep greens and other vegetables at their peak. to clean greens, vegetables and fruits, wash them with a mixture of 2-3 T. of vinegar per quart of water.

to revive wilted greens:  
soak greens in a quart of cold water and 1 T. vinegar.
